I look at it this way. All measuring devices contain some intrinsic error. If the lead in the Florida election, held by Bush, is within this envelope of error, then his lead is based upon a particular instance of a random event (or chance). Effectively there was a tie in Florida and Bush leads by an amount that could be attributed to chance. The dice rolled Bush's way when the votes were counted. However, if the dice are rolled enough times Gore may win. Gore just wants to keep rolling the dice until he wins. I wish I could do that in Vegas. In my opinion, Bush won the roll of the dice, Gore should just suck it up and take it like a man. He is a liar, or confused to say he pursues accuracy in the vote. The margins are so low they are within the envelope of error and the outcome it purely coincidental.
