Just spoke with IR re: merger with ECC Just spoke with Smarterkids IR (Bill Shelton), He says co. is very excited by the deal, says it immediately makes them profitable, great synergies, ECC is growing at 25% year to year, is slated to make 80 million in revenue up from 65 million last year (not including the 5 million that SKDS brings to the deal) ... conference call at 4:30 p.m. today (link on smarterkids home page) ... I hope they give 'em ####! biff
