Hutch,
Something appears to be going on. The last time I spoke with Western they sounded like they might be giving up on Indonesia for the time being and looking for other opportunities.
take a look at the last 5 days of trading activity: Increasing volume and price each day.
I almost think we might be approaching an announcement of some kind before too long.
