No rate change from the FED, which was expected. No change in bias also, which means they are still baised to tightening. This is what the market was looking at. Neutral bias would have been good.

We overshot the 3200 level by a few points, but still close enough for resistance. Would not be surprised to see Nasdaq head down after the wold reaction swings settle.
