Aloha, ORACLE released a NR today involving a e-CRM partnership with Sideware Systems. I previously mentioned the Sideware/Oracle relationship on this thread when Rahul Bahdahn left Oracle for a job as Chief Technology Officer of Sideware, and where Jay Neusbaum is also on Sideware's BOD. Today's Oracle NR regarding Oracle's relationship with Sideware Systems indicates Oracle's confidence in Sideware's technology and their need for it. Under the Traq-Wireless heading of the NR, the following quote speaks $$$$$$ for Oracle's confidence Sideware: "Sideware brings an additional Web collaboration component to our CRM solution that is mission critical to online businesses," said Linda Zecher, senior vice president of e-Business Applications at Oracle. "To provide that ultimate customer experience, companies need to be communicating in real-time with their customers, and Sideware can deliver that collaboration capability."
