Hey Gambler,
Today, I spoke with a Wall-Streeter who is very familiar with Scangraphics. She is firmly convinced that we have seen the last private placement for this company. Dilution will continue over the next 18-24 months as warrants are converted at $4 and $6. With this dynamic management team, we will have a solid, profitable company with miniscule long term debt and 20,000,000 shares outstanding.
Mike, thanks for the report. I hope you get to feeling better.
The biggest positive I gather from the conference call is the fact that they had one. This has changed from a company that operated as if it were ashamed, like a stray dog, slinking from shadow to shadow to avoid attention, to a company that not only doesn't mind public view, but craves it. This kind of visibility will surely change the market dynamics of Scangraphics.
In a recent post, I asked all comers to say what they knew about the IBM connection. I found out that that is no longer a partnership. It was discarded by IBM when they did their restructuring a few years ago. Oddly enough, it was the Utility Department they shut down.
