Would the Chinese royalty rates be added on top of Qualcomm's royalty rates or subtracted from them? Is it possible to add new IPR fees on cdma2000 - since KDDI and presumably the Koreans have already negotiated an IPR deal?

And finally - why is Unicom expanding the capacity of their GSM networks above 100 million? Are you expecting Unicom to rely on GSM-1xEV-DV hybrid? You mentioned a ramp-up for CDMA networks - how would Unicom switch from GSM to IS-95 after ordering the extensive GSM expansions? I'm not being sarcastic; I'm trying to fit together the aggression of the Unicom GSM program with what people are saying Unicom should be doing. These two things seem to be at odds.
