The selloff from big gains on the Nasdaq due to Greenspan was just so predictable. I think this rally late in the day is just as obvious.

This market shows it wants to go a lot higher.

Those that traded right at 2:15 or a bit earlier(selling and shorting) caused the drop and now are in the process of reversing their early afternoon trades.

Just too many dip buyers this week. Those pulling out of the market last week may also be reconsidering as the political situation is going to come to some sort of end in the near thanks to expedited appeals process. As a result the money inflows into equities starts again.

Interesting close on the way as well as AMAT's earnings. I just hope all the negativity on AMAT is factored into the stock price and anything inline or even slightly below will be taken as a positive. The forward looking comments hopefully won't be that negative.
That is will set the tone for trading tomorrow in tech. This stock is just too important. So many others techs will trade off of this one.
