I figured 19 in relation to the market at that time, things do change as this market surly has. If we stay as LPAC and the price get's to a more stable and realistic value, I think about 8-10 then we may see a runup on any sector heatup. This is speculation although and only my opinion, I can not understand what they are doing over there at LPAC, management that is. They need to get on the ball, they are showing a 100% lack of investor PR. I also think they may be liable for a shareholder class action lawsuit if they do not get this under control.
