May also be the reason that Edelstone cut Intc while keeping a strong buy on Rmbs. I think I remember that Intc has to have 20% Rambus for two quarters in order to qualify for the warrants. I also think the date was extended from 12/31/00. Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong. Glenda
