THE KEY: "To determine ahead of time that such returns will be ignored..." When I was watching TV this morning, and saw that she had filed the petition, I thought that was a bad move. On another front, I am trying to figure out the basis for the Bush move in Federal Court. Seems odd, but there has to be a purpose, otherwise, I don't see why they'd do it. LoF
