I would agree with JLA on the Atlanta court. Putting yourself in Bush's position, you would want to open up two legal fronts, particularly if you are going to make a claim that the Dems are cherry picking counties in order to swing the count statewide. Hence the 14th Amendment claim. Personally, I don't see the 11th circuit buying it. But we shall see. M2
