Has anyone actually been able to export a Metastock data set or indicator line to Excel with an OLE link and gotten the resulting Excel dataset to automatically update as the Metastock data is updated each day? I use Excel 97 and Metastock 6.52. I can paste the data into Excel as an OLE link ok but when I update the data in Metastock the next day all the data in Excel comes up as NAME?. Also, I'd like to be able to export optimization system test reports to Excel for plotting and I can't get that to work either. There is a "print to file" button in the print dialog box but I get a message saying "printing to file not supported by the HWP" (I use a HP LaserJet 6L so I think the HWP refers to my HP driver) Thanks in advance for any help anyone can offer.
