In 18 mos or less we will have a serious glut of fo capacity. Heck, look at qwest, they had to buy a friggin phone co to get their fo network filled up, or even close to it. Their bus model of leasing out the capacity and raking in the $$ was not working out so well... And that was a couple of yrs ago.
