Stomper, She is doing her job as defined by statute. Take it up with the Democratic legislature that codified her duties. Nonsense. The law allows for hand recounts. It would be impossible to count that many votes by hand in the short time frame allotted. Her discretion is jaded by a conflict of interest. Scumbria Suppose Bush does win the electoral college? He hasn't even begun to face the issue of being the popular vote loser.
