Revenue for the third quarter of fiscal 2001 totaled $21 million, compared to $12.5 million in the previous quarter and $2.0 million for the same period last year. This represents a 68 percent increase in revenue quarter-over-quarter and a 11-fold increase year-over-year.
Net loss for the third quarter of fiscal 2001, excluding merger related costs, stock-based compensation and amortization of goodwill and other intangible assets was $16.9 million or $0.23 loss per share and compares to $5.2 million or $0.85 loss per share for the same period last year. |
