she will have to justify that her action is not arbitrary. just what to you suppose she will say to the supreme court? No alledged fraud, no alledged machine malfunction, no laws broken. No reason to give select Democratic votes "SPECIAL" treatment under the law. Handcounting infers special treatment to these ballots over all the ballots across the country.
