DO, P/E multiples of the most richly priced stocks I never said that. I said, low PE ratios of our best performing tech stocks referring to Intel, Oracle, AMD, CSCO, etc. Nor did I refer to, the Fed begins to lower interest rates. But rather I said, If the Fed adds liquidity . . . a very different thing. Perhaps you might care to re-read the dialogue.
