First of all If both agreed you know damn well something could be worked out.

Second Baker when asked by a reporter if he would accept a state wide recount he went to great lengths to claim it was open to "mischief" Bla Blab........and made it clear he would never agree to it.

Sorry Dan but this has never even been considered by the Bush people.......We shall see what his response is ...If you are right he will agree if not......
