I am not afraid for my candidate, but I am afraid for our country. We had an election on the first Tuesday in November. We will have another in 2002 and again in 2004. Will we be subjected to this carnival in 2002? In 2004?

And were we in the past? No. No complaints. One candidate asked for a recount per state law. It was granted. He still lost. Enough is enough. The rules were understood by everyone going in. You play the game. Period.
