It was completed in Volusia county, but Broward and PB were not.

I just heard GW essentially reject Gore's offer(no surprise).

Bush also made it clear that he would not meet with Gore before the vote count was finished. I thought he was a unifier.

Then he said he was quite certain that the "official" winner of FL will be declared this weekend. That is by no means a certainty.

Lastly, I just heard Bush's attorney's filed a 181 page brief in Federal Court to stop localities from doing their hand counts. Here's a man who claims the Feds get too involved in local governments, and he continues to pursue relief in Federal court. Why? Katherine the Great has already stated that those hand counts won't be included anyways, why not let the counties go ahead and do their thing...just for fun.
