You won't call them nonpartisan once they make their ruling following the law. You are praying they will buy into a flawed, unfair and unethical selective recount. I saw a Gore spokesman today espousing the typical rhetoric of gore that "it's not about the election. It's about the voter having the right to have their vote count." The reporter asked him, "if that is true, then are you in favor of recounting the votes in Duval county, a Republican stronghold?" The gore guy answered, "No, that is ridiculous. They (Bush) had their chance to ask for a recount and they missed the 72 hour window. No, I would not be in favor of a recount in Duval county." What I heard is I am a dishonest sonofagun trying to steal an election. I could care less about the voters voice being heard unless I can manipulate it to my favor.
