It is called "abuse of discretion", that the Florida Supreme court will now have to Over turn her... I am sure she will be looked into now for colusion, due to the fact that here real motives are closely tied to Pres. Bushs' campaign and not for the benefit of the state of Florida here legal duty. I feel sorry for her in fact... probably won't be pretty, what they will find out :(
