Loved the article. And yes, it sure does sound familiar.

This is a doomed stock, but it sure isn't going to go down without a fight. Unfortunately, when it does sink beneath the waves, it will suck a large number of "believers" down with it in its wake.

IMO, this little tulip is about as good an example of what a mania can produce as one is ever going to find.
