Frank note the following. 'She noted her decision was subject to an appeal in the courts - and it seemed likely there would be one. ' She also commented that she followed the law according to her interpretation. Any attempt to demonize her is meaningless. This will obviously go to a higher court.
On her part she showed more balls than Trent Lot and the rest of the spineless Repulicans
