I agreed not to post about whether or not a hand count ballot is allowed or not. My position on that was long ago made clear, along with everyone elses it broke right down partisan lines. We were just going back and forth re-stating the same things, which was a waste. I was only responding to incaccuracies made regarding the completion of hand counts...an event that was purported to have occurred days after my post. As far as upcoming litigation re: the election in general, SoS control over final outcome and the like, I never said I would stop posting, and have no intention of stopping until that too gets into the same type of redundancy.

The beautiful thing about this whole issue is that just as it starts to get redundant, a new issue opens up. Frankly, everything that we are doing, while passing time, is purely masturbatory since this will not be resolved until a court somewhere...Tallahassee or Washington, DC resolves it.

So, in a phrase, "and the horse you rode in on too".
