Sure, so make absolutely sure the system is fair. In Palm Beach, there is a democrat and a republican that decide on each ballot with a democrat and a republican behind them observing (I believe I heard). Personally, I think the judges should only make decisions on ballots that were judged by the computer to show no vote. Those for which the machine has made a decision one way or the other, can be left as they are.

Right now, it appears that the punch card system is biased against those that do not punch their chads aggressively. That means the machines are likely to be biased against women and the elderly
