they've already been recounted, gore didn't like that recount so he want to re-introduce more error into the system by going hand counting,

which is a no lose proposition for him, since he is already losing by the official recount.

this is just same politics of bs from the clinton-gore administration = that depends of what is the definition of "is" is =g=

i hope this sleazeball doesn't get away with it.
