So then what you are saying is that you believe that the two counts in the state of florida were inaccurate because they failed to count voter intent.

Makes perfect sense to me.

Have fun counting your pregnant chads.

If you would like to learn the probability of success here try the following:

1) calculate the number of voter ballots that were counted by these error prone methods.

2) calculate the percentages of each candidates margin based on polling on these ballots geographically or percentage wise for the whole state.

3) calculate the error involved in a manual recount

4) calculate the statistical certainty of your manual recount.

5) count all the ballots until you have achieved a statistical certainty of greater than the margin of victory.

When you have figured up #4 please post to me your result.

Then I think you will be stunned at the answer to number 5.
