Oh, Sarkie~ Please don't be ashamed of America. Perhaps some of the people in it, but not America. One party to date has filed 16 lawsuits, the other party has filed 1 (one)...see www.opinionjournal.com for Nov 16, 2000.

Actually, one day, perhaps we can see just how many attorneys are/were actually down there in FL.

And none of us can afford for apathy to set in....if it does, we all loose.

Remember, in all the years since our country was founded, until radio was invented, we had no idea of who won for weeks... So think again how much the media is trying to manipulate us....and like fireflies, we are drawn to the spectacle.

SI is a wonderful community, I think. Gives us a chance to think and explore all options, and share those thoughts with folks who might be interested.

I am reminded of Elizabeth Kuebler Ross's book "Death and Dying", and the five stages of getting to acceptance. We will get to acceptance, hopefully. But I truly think that with that acceptance will come the knowledge that more of the silent majority needs to wake up and be counted!
