I think there are limits to their impartiallity. Look at Ms Harris, how can anyone throw out valid votes before they are counted. I'm afraid this will be settled in the State/Federal Supreme Courts. My only thought are that if that does happens then Mr Gore by courtesy of his attempt to personally mediate will be the only president acceptable to the US and the rest of the free world.
