Prophet, if you quote me, please do so in context :-)

A week ago, this thread was betting that SNDK would win bigtime and turn LEXR into a cinder <slight exaggeration here for effect>. Today, we've added a dime a share to earnings and LEXR is free to go on their merry way.

How these events will affect the share prices of both companies I can't predict. It's nearly certain that SNDK has something up its sleeve. And LEXR has yet to prove that it can operate profitably with or without the SNDK lawsuit.

From a shareholder's viewpoint, I (like Art) expected SNDK to be a bit more forthcoming in explaining how they arrived at the terms of settlement. If we learn more in the coming days, it would be very reassuring. Until then, investing in SNDK is a lot like betting on who will be the next U.S. President.
