Jim, I want to see this thing over with ASAP by if there is a statewide hand count, so be it...as long as the parameters are standard. Which section of Florida election law allows for this? How can Florida SOS possibly accept a result of a "deal" between 2 candidates that is outside of the legal framework? I don't think any other county has any chance to get back into had count except Broward and Palm Beach (with exception of the hadful of votes from Dade and 1 other county) Joe
