In that case the SOS decision not to use the hand counted votes is VALID...and not arbitrary. She can simply say that counting a few dem counties or precincts is not a fair way to get the overall will of the people in FL. Broward may be Gores last hope. Aren't the Dems suing Dade for a hand recount? Jim
