Howard (and all) There's probably nothing to this, but I find it interesting. Why do you suppose they waited till the day AFTER the stockholders' meeting to announce a new member of the board? It just strikes me funny-I can't see any rational reason why it wasn't brought up at the meeting! What do you think? Thanks, Roger
