ALL:

Iomega's 12 month annualized return now stands at -56%. Since Jan 1 1997, Iomega has underperformed every major indices, S&P 500, Nasdaq 100 & Composite, Russel 2000, Dow 30 etc. The fact is that over 80% of Iomega's gains over the last 3 years occured over a 90 day period during 96. And some market participants feel that more than 50% of those gains were due to a one time "Event", (the massive short squeeze, the size of which is legend) If a participant took Iomega's capital appreciation during that 90 day period in 96, you could stretch it out over the next 5 years and make Iomega look like it returned to investors above the mean historical return of the market of 12%. This is even holding Iomega's stock price at 17 1/4 over the next 5 years. These are facts and Iomega is woefully underperforming the market. Someone at Iomega should be addressing these issues but they are not.

In 8 different news releases I've read concerning the Laptop Zip, 5 of them state different release dates for the Laptop Zip. Each one stating a later and later release date for the Laptop Zip. It is now June and Iomega should at least have the 15mm Zip in production but they do not. This isn't even mentioning the 12mm Zip. Maybe someone could clarify exactly when the 15mm Zip will go into production 3Q or 4Q or 1Q98.

Another question I have is concerning N.hand. With N.hand being the "NEW PARADIGM" in digital photography, and small portable storage, why doesn't Iomega give shareholders some sort of prototype showing or update on its progress.

One more question I have, has any of the participants on this board even considered or brought it up to analyze that Iomega may be having manufacturing problems at its new site in Penang? I am only stating this to initiate group think.
