This is a message for former Netscape shareholders who acquired AOL stock after the merger and still own, at least a portion, of their AOL stock obtained as a result of the merger. There is an investigation of potential claims on behalf of former Netscape shareholders for damages against Microsoft (not AOL) for Microsoft's violations of antitrust laws undermining the market share of Netscape Navigator and, in turn, the value of the company prior to its acquisition by AOL. If you would like further information on this investigation, please contact Stephen Cassidy at the law firm of Lieff, Cabraser, Heimann & Bernstein, 275 Battery St., 28th Floor, San Francisco, CA, 94618, email: scassidy@lchb.com or visit our website at www.lchb.com
