I think EZWeb has only about a tenth the number of "content" (it seems like stretching it to call it that) sites that docomo has. Ease of use is the same. The biggest difference, that absolutely no one gets, is that you can actually surf the web at 64k, but you can't at 9.6--you can only go to docomo's hokey preapproved milquetoast sites; i-mode is really a fancy pager, but hey, THEY'RE BUYING IT. I don't want i-mode-ized sites, I want the goddam web, thank you. But I am in the distinct minority.
