Didn't hear anyone complaining about Clinton's energy policy when gas was 69 cents/gallon and crude was $12/barrel in early 1999 either? Bush built a concensus in TX - quite different in DC, don't you think? Bush is surrounding himself with the same kind of people, so please don't tell me he is better. They are both cowards, not LEADERS. Greenspan ain't cutting rates unless GWB backs off from those massive cuts. Take that to the BANK.
