But seriously, after W gets in office we will see how the future shapes under his leadership. He will have an opportunity that few presidents have had and time will tell where the country will be in 4 or 8 years.

I had a hard time deciding who to vote for because like many, I think we just had to vote for 2 of the worst candidates ever presented to the country at the same time. While I don't believe W is 'duhW', I do seriously question the man's ability to express himself under pressure and this gives me the impression that he boarders on being illiterate. I have serious concerns about the man making an ass of himself during a time of crisis, saying something so goofy or having a slip of the tongue which will be translated by an interpreter the wrong way and causing a delicate situation to get worse. I truly hope that my impression of him is just that, an erroneous impression.

As to the individual failings of our past administrations, I think we could easily shred every one to bits based on huge mistakes each has made. BTW, I believe it was Ike who originally got us into Vietnam (not that Kennedy or Johnson did anything to 'fix' the situation).

Now let's get back to the 'true' purpose of this thread....to make some money on the patch and share views on the market!!!

( just like the politicians....do as I say, not as I do<g>)
