Hi All,

I talked to my nephew today, a broker in Phoenix. He went to the Air Pack plant and offices in California last week doing his own due diligence. He said he was impressed with all aspects of the operation. He talked about the marketing activities and the semi industries positive reception to the product. They have visited 11 plants and have commitments from 50% of the plants to go forward with with some level of pilot projects and all except 2 said they had "real" serious interests to look at potential projects. Anyway the bottom line is, this is a remarkable return on the new marketing activities. (Rick maybe could verify some of this information) He also mentioned some faucet manufacture that was going to use the bags as a marketing edge against the competition.

BTW, he informed me the new marketing person is not salaried. i.e. he is wealthy and looking for more of it.:-) He is taking stock options based on the sales he generates. I sure like this in that his income and our wealth as stockholders is all tied together.

My nephew also told me he felt this stock should be solidly trading at a $1.00 by year end. His reasons for this is they have sufficient capital they need to build and deliver the product. He feels this marketing team will make it happen. The marketing team is working with potential immediate customers as well as those that will require some time to integrate the packaging into their process. He also said Garvin is a "closer" and has been sucessful with customers (i.e. the new dental lab customer); as well as he has made the operation lean and mean. BTW, they are going to build out another machine to manufacture the bags.

Rich, I hope I am not talking out of school here.....

Joan
