Vman: and lets not forget that the DoD has a vested interest in keeping the nation's launch capability intact. Yes I* needs replacement sats at an extreme rate (10%/year) - but what is the government for if not a work program? Besides, if the I* wont die, how can G* even be the slightest bit worried? Another good event masked by the ignorant short term investors who eat wheeties while watching CNBC to see if their 7 minute investment horizon has been reached.
