Since the end of the lockup insiders have been selling. CNCT already had made filings showing 400,000 shares sold. This mornings press release shows they have sold 900,000 shares. Others have sold over 1.1 million shares (per SEC filings). In total over 2 million shares have been sold by insiders. Prices look like they have averaged about 47-50. Some of the selling took place in 3Q but most in 4Q.

Fund buying in 3Q has been big. With figures not yet complete, net buying by funds exceeded 5.1 million shares in 3Q. Funds now own about 8.2 million shares per the 3Q SEC filings.
