But B1 Bob had support from the House Republicans, and his case was not isolated. In fact, you might say there seemed to be a pattern. Republican loses close election, Republican litigates and whines, Republican Congress holds hearings, it all goes on for months.

As for Ms. Harris, she seems to be making a habit of pronouncements somewhat at variance with what the judges are saying. She can say whatever she wants, of course.
