What would you do with a deformed, doomed baby, with an oversized head? Deliver it by C-section and rest easily knowing I have never intentionally killed another human. If the baby is truly doomed, then the case is already determined. It would not be an abortion. But most PBAs are done simply to get rid of children who otherwise would not be "doomed."
