No judge is going to overturn a FLA Secretary of State, who is well within her rights BTW, when they see a replay of the maelstrom in deciding what exactly will be counted as being a vote. Also, there is eveidence of tampering as ~74 pieces of chad were found on the floor of Broward Cty. Since nobody can say where they came from, it would hard if not impossible to call the results received from a handcount after the 5PM deadline as legitimate.
