Instead of joy, her face is full of tears, and her eyes are full of pain. She has just been told, as she expected, that her baby is dead. Nothing can ease her pain. She wanted so badly to have another child. She is told that she should be able to become pregnant again. She is then told that they have to cut her stomach open to remove the dead baby. She asks why? The doctor answers " Politician in Washington decide what is the best medical treatment for pregnant women".
