I HATE THE HATE CRIME BILL !!!! If you are Hispanic and attack a white male for no reason it is considered white on white violence. If however a white male attacks a Hispanic male for no reason then it is white against a minority and it is a potential hate crime. This is factual and is how the feds currently count statistics. THE HATE CRIME BILL IS 1984 PURE AND SIMPLE !!!!
