Do you remember how many apartments were built in Arlington after WWII? For example, Buckingham, which was a huge complex. Beautifully built, but during the eighties became run-down. A large immigrant population moved in. Mostly hispanic. As they've moved up the social ladder, the apartments are being spruced up. But when I drive by Barrett, it seems to be about 95% hispanic. That is a change.

Arlington is a mix. Bob can testify. The things I worry about in terms of our ethnic change are overpopulation and maintaining English as the language in our schools.
