You framed the question. I answered it correctly, as I had no way to know your unstated premises. We've resolved that.

I had no intention to claim anything was constitutional nor un-constitutional.

All is well.

F$^%#*& talk show hosts. I do know these things get to seeming very important when you are all wrapped up in partisan propaganda. Cross such bridges when they are come to, we likely will never get there no matter how much the talking head would like it.
